Rugby Sevens is making a return at the 2025 Canada Summer Games!

Men’s Rugby Sevens is back for the 2025 Games, following the return of women’s rugby sevens at the 2022 Games. Men’s rugby was first added to the Canada Summer Games program in 1981 and 1985, sitting out the 1989 Games, then returning from 1993-2009.
Notable alumni include Megan Lukan, Temitope Ogunjimi, and Patrick Parfrey.
